Any cardio activity can result in an attack if my heart rate goes above 162. I've learned this through trial and error and many attacks. I've thrown up, a lot, and coughed up some nasty stuff. My lungs bleed. It sucks. I'm doing my first triathlon in July. Could be the biggest mistake of my life or one of my greatest accomplishments. Who knows. I'm feeling good and you will too.
